Our winter syrup mix combines 3 incredible plants used in traditional herbalism for support the body and soften the inconveniences of seasonal ailments .

      PRECAUTIONS

      • Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding , in case of autoimmune disease and when taking immunosuppressants or lithium.

      • Not recommended for children under 8 years old

      How to proceed

      This mixture allows you to make around 250 ml of syrup , which you will then put in the fridge .

      1. Pour 500 ml of water over the syrup mixture, i.e. the entire contents of the bag .

      2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.

      3. Let simmer for 20 minutes, then strain. Press the plants well to extract as much syrup as possible.

      3. Add 2 to 3 tbsp unpasteurized honey, if desired.

      4. Store in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
