HOT therapy releases muscle tension, promotes vascularization, relieves stomach aches, and aids relaxation and breastfeeding.

Microwave: Place the pad on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the pad for approximately 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, depending on the oven's heat.

Conventional Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°F and place the pillow on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Heat the pillow for a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes. Do not use in a gas oven.

CAUTION! Be careful to avoid burning yourself. Move the seeds around in the pad to distribute the heat. Always check the temperature of the pad by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you wish to reheat the pad while it is still warm, the heating time will be shorter. Never leave a child under 3 years old unattended with a pad.

COLD therapy reduces inflammation, bruising, soothes pain and relieves migraines.

Store the cushion in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer so it is ready to use cold.
