Instructions for using the cushion:

HOT therapy: releases muscle tension, promotes vascularization, relieves colic, stomach aches and helps with relaxation.

Microwave: Place the pad on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the pad for approximately 20 to 30 seconds depending on the oven's heat.

Conventional Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°F and place the pillow on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Heat the pillow for a maximum of 10 minutes. Do not use in a gas oven.

COLD therapy: reduces inflammation, bruising, soothes pain and relieves migraines.

CAUTION! Be careful to avoid burning yourself. Move the seeds around in the pad to distribute the heat. Always check the temperature of the pad by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you wish to reheat the pad while it is still warm, the heating time will be shorter. Never leave a child under 3 years old unattended with a pad.

Materials: 100% cotton & organic pearl barley

Care: The cushion is not washable in water. Protect it from dust and place it on a clean surface. You can wipe the surface with a damp cloth if a stain occurs. You must discard it if a child vomits on the cushion.

Storage: Store the cushion in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer so it is ready to use cold.
