Instructions for use of the cushion:

There HOT therapy releases muscle tension, promotes vascularization, relieves colic, stomach aches and helps with relaxation.

Microwave: Place the pad on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the pad for about 20 to 30 seconds depending on the intensity of the oven.

Conventional Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°F and place the pad on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Heat the pad for up to 10 minutes. Do not use in a gas oven.

WARNING! Be careful to avoid burning yourself. Move the seeds around in the pad to distribute the heat. Always check the temperature of the pad by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you want to reheat the pad while it is still warm, the heating time will be shorter. Never leave a child under 3 years old unattended with a pad.

There COLD therapy reduces inflammation, bruising, soothes pain and relieves migraines.

Store the cushion in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer so it is ready to use cold.

Cushion maintenance:

The cushion is not washable in water. It must be protected from dust and placed on a clean surface. You can rub the surface with a damp cloth if a stain occurs. You must throw it away if a child vomits on the cushion.
