Made with traditionally used ingredients and known to calm the mental hamster, soothe the mind and relax the body: the lemon balm and the catnip , both soothing and calming for the little mentally agitated hamster, and the chamomile , which relieves stress.

Preparation
1. Pour 250 ml of simmering water over 1 tbsp of herbal tea.
