For 1 cup of herbal tea
1. Pour 250 ml of simmering water over 1 tbsp of herbal tea.
2. Let infuse for 10 to 15 minutes under cover.
3. Add 1 tsp unpasteurized honey, if desired.
4. Strain, drink slowly... and breathe in the relief.
For optimal results, consume between 3 and 4 cups per day during symptoms.
